We enjoyed our extended stay, even with a few hiccups. Very private and beautiful property which is a short drive to Wimberley Square and area attractions. Cherri was quick to respond when I reached out. The place is clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the porches. It would be 5 star if there was more seating, especially outside. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Pros of Cherri's place are the remoteness and the security of the gated entrance. Cons include a lack of amenities. There was literally one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and no paper towels or paper napkins. There is one 2-person rocker on the porch and 2 chairs by the fire pit. We had 3 people in our group, so there weren't enough chairs for us all. The master bedroom had a nightstand on only one side of the bed, and the secondary bedroom didn't have a nightstand at all. Cherri didn't tell us that the door with the keypad locks automatically after 30 seconds of being unlocked. That would have been useful information to have upon arrival. If you go outside, be sure the other door is unlocked or have the door code with you. The door code is 7 digits (ridiculously long), and it took several tries every time we unlocked the door. The master bedroom fan rattled all night. Cherri's rules are extreme and there are fines for numerous trivial things.
