I had a lovely stay. Everything about the tree I loved, Lylette and Kim were extremely good host. The great treasure at crayfish bay is their chocolate factory where all the magic happens. Lylette creates some off the best chocolate confectionary Grenada has to offer. That alone is enough to make you want to visit. I highly recommend Crayfish bay as a must see destination in Grenada,

Beautiful area, the chocolate was as good as all the reviews said! There were bugs, but not near as many as we expected for being in among the trees. We hardly used the bug spray we brought. I would definitely stay here again!
We had a fantastic 3 nights at the Treehouse and only wish we could have stayed longer! Property was just as described. It is pretty rustic, but still really comfortable. the living space is open, and we loved that closeness to the wonderful views. The bedrooms have shutters, not windows. Again part of the charm and experience for us. Between the fans and mosquito nets and really comfy beds we slept well! Kitchen is basic but as described and enough for us to cook some basic meals. Our main reasons for staying here were twofold - to be on the estate, chill out in nature; and as a base to explore the north of the island and it was perfect for both. we found enough shops and restaurants around for our needs, and Gabri was great and offered us a lift to a restaurant one night. Finally, make sure you plan a time with Kim to hear about the estate, his plans and approach and to taste and buy some of the wonderful chocolate. Truly inspiring! Many thanks!

Hi, we are Kim, lifetime traveler, originally form the UK and Lylette, soul traveler, from Guyana, South America. We consider the quality of life more important than the state of one's bank balance. Over the last 10 years we have lovingly and sympathetically restored a 17th century cocoa estate (Crayfish Bay Organic Estate) and have recently started producing our own organic Tree to Bar chocolate. Yum yum. We believe that being organic is a state of being, and not just words stamped on the back of one's food packaging. Keeping true to this belief our diet mostly consists of food grown on our lands and local fish. Kim takes pride in constructing our chocolate manufacturing machinery form recycled materials and our entire chocolate production is based on a cooperative, fair-trade ethos. We feel fortunate to be given the privilege of being the present custodians of this bit of paradise called Crayfish Bay Organic Estate. With Airbnb as our window to the world we can now share this space with you too.
