The location for me is what I wanted. Clean apartment. Only thing is not having an iron and board and I didn't see a toaster. I would book again!

Enjoyed our stay at Ritchie"s although we didn't personally meet him he was prompt and responsive to all requests. Easy to communicate. Location is fabulous close to supermarkets, local markets, restaurants.and bus stop/taxi stand and let's not forget the ice- cream parlour opposite. Gouvaye is a lively place from Ritchie's place we were able to view jump ups and celebrations from street facing balcony or watch the sea from back balcony. Great size dining table, excellent beds and A/C in bedrooms and washing facilities. Would recommended for adults or families with older children. Thanks Ritchie and team

The apartment was basic but very nice, central location and great view of the sea. The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked with utensils etc, but adequate. Ritchie was very helpful during our stay, and we had no complaints. But be warned, after we left, he sent a list of supposed damages to the apartment that we had no responsibility for, including things that were already broken when we arrived. He even insisted we paid for a mattress protector for claimed damage, even though the mattress already had several marks and stains from previous use. I would recommend checking and taking photos of everything (light fittings, toilet roll holder, remove sheets to show state of mattress before use etc).

The location is very local . People all time driving , listening music . Apartment is very clean and the host is responsible.
