My partner and I had a great night away at Nightingale Camp. Just what we needed to reset from our busy lives. The hot tub was lovely once we had filled and heated it, it was a real sense of achievement. The hut felt cosy, with a nice, comfy bed. And the surrounding area was absolutely beautiful. The sound of birds and nature was the perfect playlist. It was a short walk from the car to our camp which was extremely wet and muddy (wellies were available) but this did not spoil our trip - if anything it made it more fun. Would definitely visit again! Thank you Leonie for being such a helpful, friendly and attentive host.

Lovely stay in a great location to explore the Cotswolds. Really enjoyed the hot tub and looking out to the nearby river. Leonie was extremely helpful sending over lots of useful information in advance including recommendations for restaurants and local walks. Would love to come back!

Beautiful location with quirky yet comfortable accommodation and facilities that were surprisingly good considering they were in an old train carriage! The seclusion of the campsite and the surrounding area allowed for a fantastically private and relaxing weekend with regular dips in the outdoor hot tub under the stars. I would advise bringing plenty of spare lamps and lanterns to illuminate your camp at night. Plenty of cooking equipment available to create some rustic, outdoor campfire meals!

Absolutely perfect escape from everything and everyone - the location couldn’t be more remote but is close to towns (and home for us). Beautiful 5 or 10 minute walk along the river to get to the huts, which just adds to the charm of the getaway. It is muddy at the moment and you need wellies - but spares are apparently available at the entrance hut if needed. Beautiful escape, highly recommended.. will definitely go back.
