Jill was fabulous! Great instructions of how to get in, very communicative etc etc. She was great! Near beach and restaurants! The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to three things our group found a little lacking. 1. The living room was smaller than expected. There were only 5 of us (house accommodates 8), and there were not enough seats in the LR to accommodate us. There is only one circular couch, which holds 4 thin people comfortably. We had to pull over kitchen table chairs..... 2. We thought about hosting Thanksgiving dinner there, but once we saw there was only one relatively small oven, we knew that would not be a good idea. And the kitchen table could not accommodate all of us (10) at the table. The kitchen is not great for cooking dinners for a group, but fine for breakfasts, lunches (sandwiches etc.). 3. All of us mentioned the towels..... There were not nearly enough, and the towels were incredibly thin and small. Def NOT acceptable for the price paid.

We loved our stay, location is great, able to walk to beach and shops and restaurants. And the house was beautiful and comfortable- we loved hanging outside and the Indoor outdoor feel. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!!!

My family and I have stayed at beautiful homes, villas, and resorts around the world and this was our first Airbnb experience. It exceeded our expectations. It was such a lovely house with great architectural features and the perfect location to enjoy LaJolla from beaches to restaurants to shopping.
