I’ve been a frequent user of Airbnb practically since its inception and this is the best place we’ve ever stayed - hands down. Words & pictures cannot describe how wonderful this place feels, the sumptuous appointments, the friendly yet elegant feel. This isn’t a 10 it’s a 20! Amenities galore and a proactive attention to the kinds of things you need that often aren’t there or are inattentive at other places such as comfy beds, great pillows and linens, tons of outdoor seating that is comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with pots & pans, kitchen knives, vegetable peeler, lots of glassware and plenty of dishes. We cooked night after night for our huge extended family and hosted Christmas dinner here with total ease. This is a real home, tastefully decorated, inviting & fun. Nate/Luxe are amazing, from clear instructions, to how to heat the pool to stopping by w kit to play pickleball. Conscientious, caring & super fast responses. Epic experience! We will visit Luxe places again.

Nate’s home is an architectural gem. We enjoyed all the custom work that makes it such an eclectic place. The property is exceptionally clean & situated in a lovely area. We went for nightly walks & felt very safe with the neighborhood security. Would most definitely recommend a stay here to anyone seeking a unique experience.

The location is great for proximity to Blacks beach, La Jolla and UCSD. the property did not have the pool/spa heated upon arrival and there were a few small issues - each issue was addressed expediently and fairly by the group. The property is beautiful.

Nate and team were so helpful with planning our group trip. We were attending the PGA Tournament at Torrey Pines and we could easily walk from the backyard of the house. We felt safe and at home. Highly recommend!
