One main issue was the inconsistent hot water that seems like it applies to all of the cabins on the property and not just this one. There are instructions that state that you get 10-15 minutes of hot water before the propane tank has to refill, which can take up to 30 mins. Our last morning we had no hot water likely due to the tank being empty. Aside from that, the cabin was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

We had a great time at Justin’s place. He addressed any issues or questions we had in a timely manner. We had everything we needed. Location was perfect, overlooking the vineyards. It was so peaceful and serene. We enjoyed our morning tea on the two decks of the cottage every morning. Kids loved the Ice cream at the welcome center! Overall we had a great time and would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a compact cottage with all amenities.

Justin’s place was exactly what the description stated. 3 bedrooms, 2 full washrooms. Very spacious for our family and Dogs. Loved that we could walk 5 minutes to the pool and welcome center. Loved that the backyard faced the quiet road and very private. Plenty of supplies to use for the Cottage: cleaning products, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shower stuff, garbage bags. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Pots and pans were in Excellent condition. Wifi and Tv always worked during those raining nights. Overall had a wonderful time and will be back again.

Justin was very easy to work with. The house itself was clean but felt it would have been better for people who were not eating in a lot. Very small kitchen workspace. Mattresses not super comfortable and not enough seating for living area. The property is well maintained but the kids pool was not functional most of our stay and many kids (mostly unsupervised) were running around and kind of wild which lessened the enjoyment for those of us without young children. The staff in the office very helpful and friendly. The location was great,halfway between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake. We were all adults this trip and like to spend some time together playing board games, cards and cooking together so it wasn't ideal for us but for a family with kids or people on the go a lot it might work better.

Easy from start to finish, had EVERYTHING you needed. Lots of room, clean, cold air, beautiful sunsets, comfortable beds, water pressure and hot water, two decks were amazing when you have a couple of teenagers to help keep things separate. Great yard for dogs and kids to play. Had a wonderful time. ONLY suggestion:) a small tv mounted in rooms would be the ONLY thing I could find we would have enjoyed at bedtime. Would recommend this cottage for anyone.
