Fomos um grupo de amigos e reservamos uma casa com 4 quartos. o espaço tem muito para oferecer mas precisa de alguma atenção por parte dos proprietários. O espaço comum é bastante amplo e com diversas zonas de convívio, mas que precisam de alguma manutenção e limpeza. Havia alguns animais à solta, e isso não foi comunicado mas deveriam no mínimo estar bem tratados (cães e gatos) e desparasitados se for para permitir a sua circulação. Não está bem adaptada para crianças/bebés, pois faltam alguns utensílios adequados para eles e para adultos também como panos de cozinha.

The house is listed as an entire property (Airbnb search filter) and it turns out that you share the pool, bbq and other areas with guests in an apartment next door. On top of that, Juliana - who works with Luis - walked through the property with people who were not even staying there while we were at the pool or having dinner at the outdoor dining table. No heads-up or apologies for intruding on our privacy. We were a group of 6 adults, 3 children and 2 babies and although the house is big and the pool and backyard could be excellent, everything is run down, dirty and several things need fixing. We found that some things about the house did not meet the standards of a house in this price range, the amenities promised in the Airbnb listing were not there when we arrived (toiletries, hairdryer, cutlery for children, etc) and some issues implied certain safety hazards, especially considering we were there with children. Here is a non-exhaustive list of issues, some of which we mentioned to Juliana during our stay: - Exposed wires in some plugs; - No wifi, router doesn't work; - The TV in the living room doesn't work and the plug has exposed wires; - The dishwasher barely works and is full of ants. We had to do the dishes ourselves after every use; When we complained to Luis about this at the end of the trip he said: "The dishes need to be cleaned first initially in the sink and after the machine (this should have been mentioned upon check-in)" This wasn't mentioned upon check-in but furthermore, what is the point of having a dishwasher if you have to do the dishes before and AFTER using it??? - The water pressure in showers and sinks is very low and no water at all from time to time; - The water heating barely works: no hot water in 2 of the bathrooms; - Cleanliness in the house is very poor: walls are dirty with dead mosquitoes, there was dog poo in the grass around the pool that was there when we arrived and was never been removed, and there is an urgent need to fumigate the house to get rid of ants everywhere (food or no food around); - The owner's 3 dogs and a peacock walk around the property freely. Dogs are very cute and friendly but we were not warned that there would be animals on the property during our stay. - Perhaps least important but also worth mentioning: tableware, cutlery and glassware could be seriously improved. We were asked to do the dishes and put them in the kitchen cabinets, remove bedlinen and take the trash out before check-out when we had paid almost 300USD as a service fee.

Maison dans um cadre fantastique, proche de la nature, hôtes attentifs a vos besoins et toujours disponibles. Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses e retournerons sans doute.
