The place looks exactly like the photos, I just have a small thing to add. Be careful with the weight of the luggage. It’s a house after all so no elevator, just stairs. I learned that the hard way 😂 Happy holidays to everyone

Very clean and well presented, a few issues with the plumbing which meant we had a full toilet for the whole stay? Didn’t affect us tho as we were only stopping by for the night. Host was very lovely and helpful every step of the way, upgraded our room to a larger room out of good will! Great location

Really close to the central line which runs 24/7 so your able to be flexable with your time and not get stuck miles from your accommodation

If this review was entirely about communication, Mo and his team would get 5 stars. They were quick to reply, respectful and eager to accommodate. They even shifted us to a different flat nearby when we discovered we wouldn’t arrive in time for check in! The issues we found were entirely with the property itself. The flat is on the top floor of a shared living house. Firstly, the door handle to the flat's front door isn't properly installed so it fell out of the door completely upon being pulled. The toilet leaks. The 'kitchen' has no sockets, so we boiled the kettle in the other corner of the room. It's unclear if the kitchen and bathroom taps are running from the same pipe, so we didn't feel comfortable drinking from the tap. All of the wall decorations, cushions and bedding has either been taken down or swapped out so that the flat looked nothing like the images on AirBnB. The black-out blinds were either stuck to the window or tucked in so that they fell upon opening the window. The shower switched between hellish heat and hyperthermia arctic cold on a whim. One towel between the two of us all weekend. No bin to be found in the whole flat. Sadly, not what I was expecting after paying nearly £200 (plus £100 deposit) for 2 nights, and such brilliant communication and accommodation on their part.
