Fantastic spacious apartment in a great location. Very clean and homely with everything you could possible need and thoughtful added extras including milk, fruit and biscuits. Would recommend to anyone wishing to explore the area.

Our 3 night break was a late booking and Lynn's replies to our questions was very quick indeed. We have stayed in lots of holiday cottages and this is top of the range with all the extras including an excellent welcome pack. The appartment is very spacious and bright with high quality bedding and towels and a well equiped kitchen. It is well situated for walking, sports centre and of course the beach and buses are only around the corner to get you to Blackpool and a ride on a tram. There is also an excellent information pack. We - 3 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 7 - thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was the third time my family and I have stayed in Lynn’s beautiful home. It’s a fantastic place just a few minutes walk from the beach and very close to many shops and cafes in St Annes. Lytham is only a few minutes drive along the road and is also walkable. It’s a perfect location. The property is very spacious and peaceful and filled with natural light. We have 4 children and it was lovely to have so much space. Both Lynn and her husband are wonderful hosts and on this recent trip over new year they left us a bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates. Very generous and kind. We would stay here more if it wasn’t always booked :) My advice if you are thinking of booking is don’t delay because it’s a gem. A home away from home. Paul, Aja & The Kids xx
