Lovely place on the water. Comfortable beds. The shower is a little tricky to shut off and small but great water pressure.

This was the second time staying here and it was just as lovely as the first time. Very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Beautiful view and nice dock for your boat. Close to fast water and the marina. The eating area in the sun roon is a nice place to have coffee and breakfast. 10/10 cant wait to go back

Irina's place is outstanding. The house is beautiful, clean, and in the perfect place in Discovery Bay. The deck and docks are always perfect with lights on the steps and railings for safety. My favorite thing to do is get there a day before everyone and sit on the deck and watch the boats go by. Although this year everyone arrived on the same day and we went wakeboarding at 5pm. Then we went to the boardwalk for dinner which was a thrill for our friends that had never boated to dinner before. Putting the lights on the boat and floating back to the house which has lights all over the dock that made it very easy to locate, finished off the first night. Irina is a gracious host and always responds to communications in a timely manner. And did I mention 1 minute to fast water. Met Bob, the neighbor to the right as your facing the water. Great guy, has been there for 47 years and is a very nice person. This is the best place on the delta!
