The sofa bed has storage below for guests and tv in Livingroom as well. Huge backyard with BBQ & garden. Walking up to levee is semi steep. The dock has 3 slips with a houseboat that you can kick back on and fish (inside use not available) A beautiful place to kayak and enjoy nature. Very comfortable, safe, clean and fun!
