I can’t state enough how beautiful and relaxing the space is. Very comfy bed to the house to the backyard and surrounding areas it’s just perfect if you’re looking for a calm and peaceful place to come back to from your travels. A short walk to the bottom of the street/hill is the shallow river where you can walk down and get right in and 5 min away are swim areas. Jennifer herself is the perfect host. I wasn’t sure about a shared rental as I’ve never done that before but I’m so glad I took that chance. She is perfectly content to be out of your way and give you your space if that’s what you’d prefer or she’s very happy to spend time talking/hanging with you within her schedule. She’ll give you amazing recommendations of activities/good food nearby. she offers energy healings and sound baths as extras. Bonus is she has the sweetest small dog named Zen. Jennifer has really created a beautiful haven at her house. I had an amazing time and felt so at home. I took my trip alone and sometimes it can be a gamble, but I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated. Woodstock is beautiful, downtown is an easy walk away, and Jennifer is an excellent host with a totally relaxing home. I also recommend any class she offers.

Jenn and Zen, her well-mannered doggy, are amazing hosts. They made me feel at home and were extremely welcoming and friendly to me throughout my stay. Jenn also offered to drive me into town multiple times (which isn’t needed because the house is very walkable to town), but I appreciated it nonetheless. She also offered sound baths and yoga during my stay. This spot is perfect for a solo traveler who doesn’t want to feel too isolated or alone during their stay. Also, the jacuzzi is amazing! Perfect little oasis.
