We had a full day is layover at Luton Airport so chose this as a place to overnight. Being budget travelers and trying to be cautious regarding the virus, we decided to walk and found it to be a pleasant hour long hike but we are used to more walking than most people. The space was simple, comfortable and Peter was very pleasant. There’s a nice little affordable diner about a five minute walk away that offers lots of breakfast choices. Peter has considerately also posted a variety of local options in the room. It’s very much a residential area and quite pretty.

Peter Place is the best, very close to the airport, very cozy and comfy room with lots of extra amenities. Additionally he is a very good accommodating and friendly host. Highly recommend and thanks so much for everything!

Beautiful place and the bed is just soooooo comfortable and I'm very particular with beds lol hospitality and response time is perfect👌if your close trust me this is definitely where you want to be😊
