We so enjoyed our stay at the Bothy. It is very well appointed, relaxing and in the perfect location to explore Norfolk. Julie and Graham are excellent hosts and we really appreciated the fresh flowers, generous welcome pack, and house and garden magazines to read. We slept extremely well and highly recommend the Bothy.

Stayed in The Bothy for a week and found it comfortable and extemely clean. The welcome pack was excellent with breakfast and tea time treats, an assortment of homemade preserves and cake,milk and yogurts in the fridge and fresh fruit and flowers too! Julie and Graham are marvelous hosts and take a lot of care to make your stay a memorable one. Location is great for exploring North Norfolk with coast, the broads or Norwich within about 40 minutes drive. Highly recomended!

We've just spent an absolutely wonderful 7 nights at The Bothy and we can't fault it in any way. It was comfortable, spacious and homely. The welcome pack provided by Julie was unbelievable, with enough provisions for a good breakfast everyday of our stay, it really has that 'Home from Home' feel about it. The bed was very comfortable giving us 7 good nights sleep. The main road runs beside the property but even with the window open all night we were never disturbed by any traffic noise. Julie & Graham were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were right next door should you need them, but at the same time gave us our privacy. We would highly recommend The Bothy to anyone wanting to stay in this area, in fact we've already passed on the details to a couple of friends. We hope to return to Norfolk again some day and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Julie & Graham for helping to make our stay in Norfolk a pleasant and happy one.

Very nice welcome pack, extremely friendly welcome and nice facilities for our dog. The place is beautifully clean and the little extras like tinfoil, dishwasher and washing tablets, cleaning products etc were very useful. We did find the road noisy at peak times - perhaps for urban dwellers they wouldn’t even notice but we are used to quiet. We appreciate there is very little the hosts can do about this. It wouldn’t put us off coming again because the rental is in such a brilliant position for getting to all the north Norfolk sites. Without the road issue it would be 5 stars all round.

Julie and Graham were great hosts, providing plenty of bits and pieces for breakfast to get our break started right. They were comprehensive in their recommendations and it was a really lovely, welcoming space to spend time in. Everything available was listed clearly and Julie provided very detailed instructions about how to find The Bothy. We had a wonderful time on our break in Norfolk!
