We had a lovely last minute stay at the bothy. We loved meeting the lambs and Sully. Ruth and Sylvia were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again! :)

We had a lovely Easter at the Bothy , we loved the artistic design of the bothy and cosiness. We very much enjoyed the fire ,making pizzas in the oven and seeing the lambs was very special . Sylivia was very friendly and welcoming .We also enjoyed the breakfast box , with tasty organic produce . Would definitely recommend this bothy. Bridget, Mike and girls x

Fantastic few days in a really lovely place. Hosts were perfect - friendly, helpful and genuinely warm. Couldn't have been better. The bothy is well positioned and brilliantly set up. If anything I think the listing undersells it a little - was super-comfortable, really well equipped and plenty cosy enough - even in a chilly February. We took the option of a 'breakfast box' and would definitely do so again! Position-wise it's great - a little over an hour from Glasgow and lots of great walking options really close-by. With teenage daughters in tow, we did both, and loved every minute. Would warmly recommend to anyone.

Ruth and Silvia were very kind and helpful hosts. They were very responsive and attentive to our needs. The bothy was exactly as described and we found it to be very homely and cosy. Specially with the fireplace on. We were prepared to have more of a ‘back to basics’ experience given the description on the listing, but it turned out to be just perfect as we found everything we needed. We went with our 5 year old, and although the place is not recommended for little ones we found it to be just fine. He loved to hear the animals in the morning and enjoyed the ocasional visit of the chickens by the front door. We all enjoyed the “goose parade” as we affectionally started to call it and Sully the dog was the sweetest thing of all. We recommend the place and would happily go back to explore more the area.
