Our second summer here at Canada Goose Cottage was even more spectacular than the first. Reliably stunning sunsets and sunrises, sparkly warm waters, island boating and playground romping abound. A fully stocked cabin with ALL the details cared for. Just grab your beach towels and you're set! Hosts are communicative and lovely and certainly go our of their way to make our stay comfortable. We love the flexibility of the location, near enough to home but worlds away in peace and quiet. Cabin is not entirely private but we have had no issues with noisy neighbors, rather we've enjoyed the community feel quite a bit. An incredible value for beachfront retreat in Maine.

This cottage is a hidden gem ! We were hesitant since it was among many other camps, but it posed no issues at all. We spent a week enjoying the amazing shallow entry sandy beach, kayaking to islands, hunting for mussels and tadpoles, porch sitting and having bonfires. This place is absolutely adorable and extremely well appointed. The hosts have provided everything you might need for a perfect stay. Even down to installing baby gates for our toddler (Thank you!). The downstairs bedroom has a firm queen bed, we actually put our child in there since it was closed off and dark. The upstairs loft has an EXTREMELY firm twin and a soft twin, I slept very well on the soft bed. There is a pull out sofa we tried but found it very uncomfortable for two full sized adults, it would be a great place for kids or teens to sleep, however. I mention in case anyone has adults or older adults planning to sleep on the sofa bed. There are two bathrooms which we didn't really need since we are a small family, but would be very helpful for larger groups. the tub was wonderful for the baby! Lighting is excellent, fans abound, seating plentiful, decor adorable. Great trails and playground and dreamy sunsets. A win win for SURE!

This was a WONDERFUL place to stay! We stayed a full two weeks.Sunsets were gorgeous. Kayaked, rented some paddle boards and played lots of games. Wide range of ages in our group and there was plenty do do for everyone. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there! That is saying a lot. Every aspect of what you might need was well thought out provided. Owner so pleasant and easy to work with. As if that weren’t enough, decor was so welcoming-and you feel like you are in picture book Maine Cottage. Can’t recommend enough!!!
