Casa Luca couldn’t have been more convenient and centrally located. Clean and well supplied. Close to everything you would want to do in Sirmione. We had a rental car and Luca was very helpful in arranging an offsite parking lot (extra cost but worth every penny) for the 5 days we were there.

Beautiful apartment set in the heart of Sirmione Old Town. Everything was super clean, great range of amenities such as washing machine, cleaning supplies and even sun cream!

GREAT! The location is ideal, right in the middle of historic Sirmione. The stairs are easy. Directly across from the entry is a wonderful cafe with good prices and great avocado toast! The bedrooms are comfortable with separate a/c thermostats and the front bedroom has picturesque windows with little balconies. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a good view of the lake. T'he host is a quick responder to any questions and helpful with information about Sirmione. The process for parking and transportation to the apartment is seamless, easy, and there is no walking through the streets with luggage... door to door service at a reasonable cost. Sirmione is a sweet place, the local people are kind ,and prices are reasonable. I have stayed at loads of Airbnbs all over for years, and this one is top tier.. P.S. Two outstanding restaurants nearby: Trattoria La Fiasca and Ristorante al Pescatore. Definitely, walk to the top of the castle.... and a Sirmione boat ride!

This is a lovely, clean and comfortable apartment in an outstanding location and with the most incredible views. The apartment is surrounded by an abundance of shops and restaurants and there are so many sights to see within a short walking distance. It is located right in the centre of everything that goes on and there is a lot of activity about. Luca was a fantastic host and was very helpful with organising parking for our vehicle. His responses were very prompt and courteous. We loved Casa Luca! Tips for anyone considering this apartment : apartment is upstairs, mattresses are very firm which I absolutely loved but perhaps not everyone would, there is a lot of activity in the area. Noise is well reduced by fantastic quality doors and windows however if may not be ideal if you are looking for complete peace and quiet.
