Really enjoyed living like a local! the location is ideal - close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and grocery store. Ubers to Old San Juan are fast and cheap. Victor gave us great recommendations for food. We would happily stay here again!

Great stay, but lost all water on the last night we were staying so unable to use the shower, sink, and toilet. Uncontrollable from all parties as the town shut down water but definitely not a good situation

Great pad next to the beach! Comfortable and has everything you need for a quick getaway. The water pressure in the shower is low. Hot water kicks in after about 5 minutes - what worked for us was to turn on only the right knob and let it run till the heater clicks and enjoy your shower! 🚿

My stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of fantastic! The space is beautifully appointed with a well-equipped kitchen, and despite its proximity to the beach, it remained impressively clean. Being just one block away from the beach and its entrance made it incredibly convenient, and the array of dining options within a 5-minute walk was a bonus. Victor's detailed instructions were invaluable, and considering the great price for such a prime location and lovely space, I would happily return for another stay. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
