The only reason we marked the maintenance is because the toilet would run and run and run. Easy fix. We left a day early and would have liked a refund but that didn’t happen. It was cute, lots of unused space, we froze the first night cause we couldn’t turn the fan off, but all in all it worked out. No doors on the bedroom. Weird. She provided filtered water and that was important to us. She was kind to us and communicative.

Loved our stay here! Very close to downtown Sherman which made for fun walks exploring the area. Cottage was cozy and quiet and a perfect amount of space. Kitchen had all the basics we needed to cook simple meals when we didn’t want to eat out. Our host Amy was so responsive and checked in occasionally to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Amy was very communicative, helpful, and friendly. The place is perfect for what I was looking for. Felt like my home away from home. She left homemade banana bread muffins in the fridge and the toilet light is a perfect touch. Had everything I needed and felt extremely comfortable. Thanks, Amy!
