Hands down the best AirBnB I have stayed at. Very clean, beautiful home, great views. This was not a typical rental. I think it is their primary home and it is impeccable. I have stayed at similar location and this was far better and similarly priced. Book it, you won’t regret it!

This house was wonderful for our group of 7 people. We greatly enjoyed all the different outdoor spaces and the graciousness and openness of the main spaces. We could be together and play games from a great selection of games or find a place to enjoy some alone time. The location was great, convenient to everything and we were able to enjoy the nightly fireworks at SeaWorld. Also, we took advantage of beach chairs and an umbrella when we went to the beach which was great. The host was responsive when we had questions. Thank you, Mimi.

5 stars to home and host without question! The wow factor is apparent the moment you walk in. So many great places in the home to hang out as a family, both inside and out. We loved eating breakfast outside under the pergola, then sitting on the rooftop deck to sip coffee and stare at Mission Bay while the kids played in the yard. At night, the outdoor kitchen was perfect for making some steaks and hot dogs, before lounging around the best gas fire pit I have experienced at a home, before lastly we were lucky enough to enjoy the Seaworld Fireworks visible from the yard, kitchen, or rooftop deck every night of our stay! We found the place ideally located as well, just minutes to drive to mission bay park where there was a nice jogging path and multiple playgrounds. We could get to Ocean Beach and Tourmaline Beach (great for sea shells) in just 20 minutes or so. We plan to stay at this place again next time we visit the area!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Very generous and caring hosts. It's within a 10-15 minute drive from virtually everything: Beaches, shopping, great restaurants, parks, and the airport. The Bay and local beaches are great, and there are many more incredible beaches just a short drive away. We loved coming back to the outdoor shower, and the beautiful backyard. The house is an amazing space to entertain small groups with a great outdoor grilling area (with keg), awesome kitchen with all the tools you need to prepare a gourmet meal, and plenty of open indoor/outdoor seating. On top of all that there is a rooftop patio with a view of the ocean! There is plenty of space to entertain much larger groups, but it's in a residential neighborhood. The in-law suite portion was great too for our older kids. Bedrooms were all very comfortable and all was exceptionally clean. It was perfect trip and we wouldn't have changed a thing!
