A beautiful beach place for your Summer Holidays! Psakoudia located at the middle finger and the most beautiful in Chalkidiki, that mean that you have the advantage to visit all the unique beaches around that you have ever dreamed. A place for every kind of holidays.. families and kids, young people, couples and older people to enjoy the sun and the excellent food. Very close to Thessaloniki and only 45 min from the airport! I wish you fantastic holidays wherever you choose to stay !! A perfect traditional stone house in the center of Chalklidiki! An apartment with 1 double bed and 1 couch- bed thats opens.. and 1 couch (1.25 cm) for a child. There is a kitchen that you can cook, a WC with with hydromassage shower and 1 balconie. The apartment has a high-tech air-condition to keep the apartment really fresh!! You can find shampoo and shower gel in the shower, paper etc. Also you can find coffee, tea and many other things like you are in your home.

Antonis’s house was an amazing place to spend the perfect Greek vacation near the most beautiful beaches on earth! Highly recommended!
From the very beginning Antonis and his wife made our holiday really super he even took us so we could cruise around mount athos. The local family taverna Kosta has really great home cooked food very good value and always considerate smiling staff. The beach although a walk was difficult at times in the heat but then we both over eighty! Was pristine and food and drink on hand from NOUS brought to the beach was good with very reasonable prices. The sea was warm and so good for small children Psakoudia was small and charming and a delightful place to be. The welcome we had from Antonis and Dimitra was wonderful they were both a delight thank you to them both and for the cakes!
It really was perfect and we had a wonderful time. A great guesthouse!!! Antonis is very nice and helpful. I would recommend it 1000% Thank you for this great time…

De Host : Antonis is inderdaad een superhost. Hij reageert uiterst snel, communiceert duidelijk, geeft veel tips en vraagt geregeld of alles in orde is. De Accomodatie : Martha's Stone House is een klein, gezellig appartement in een complex van een 20-tal (?) andere stenen huizen/appartementen. Het appartement is functioneel ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt : een kleine keuken, waterkoker, koffiezet, oven, ... TV met Netflix in de living en TV in de slaapkamer (met enkel Griekse zenders, maar wel Engels gesproken, dus dat was leuk). De badkamer heeft een ruime douche, toilet en lavabo. Er is een ruime parking net voor de deur, een klein terras boven en tuinmeubelen beneden in een kleine tuin, net naast de parking. Het is er ook heel rustig en stil 's nachts, enkel 's morgens en 's avonds konden we alles horen wat onze buren in het aangrenzende appartement zeiden en deden. De Omgeving : Psakoudia is een gezellig dorpje aan zee, met een aantal zeer goede restaurants, strandbars, vele kilometers strand/kust (dus je kan echt lange strandwandelingen maken). Het is ook een goede uitvalsbasis om de "benen" te bezoeken, maar vergeet ook zeker de bergdorpjes niet, want deze zijn nog origineel en de weg ernaar toe is schitterend. Conclusie : Het was voor ons de eerste keer in Chalkidiki, maar het zal zeker niet de laatste keer zijn !

Also you can find a Touristik Info office "Holidays and More" where you can ask any information or rent a car/bike. Also you can visit The Monasteries in Mount Athos, the Female Monastery in Ormylia and The Prehistoric Cave of Petralona. In about 60 km you can visit the birthplace of the greek philosopher Aristotle ( Aristoteles), in Stagira.
When you arrive to The Airport of Thessaloniki "MEKEDONIA" you will catch the bus 79-A to go to the bus station "KTEL CHALKIDIKIS" it costs1 euro per person and the distance is about 15-20 minutes.Then from the bus station of "KTEL CHALKIDIKIS" you will catch the bus to PSAKOUDIA and it is 9 euros per person.The distance is 1 hour almost by bus.The total cost per person to come and go is about 10 euros. Otherwise you can take a taxi but it costs much more. At your transportation to Chalkidiki the is always a bus to take you to your destination.

Αθλητής μαραθωνίου από το 2008 με συμμετοχές τόσο σε εγχώριες αλλά και σε διοργανώσεις του εξωτερικού εκπροσωποντας τα Ελληνικά χρώματα Μιλάω Ελληνικά και την αγγλική γλώσσα.
