Fabulous place with lots of different spaces to hang out so great for a large group and we had dogs and babies! The beds could have been larger in the bigger rooms and the dishwasher broke when we were there and the water went off but that was a southern water issue. Only pointing these out as we paid a lot for the place. Would recommend!

The house was immaculate and extremely well appointed. The kitchen particularly was very well equipped with very good quality appliances and utensils. The bedrooms and en suite bathrooms were all of good size, modern and beautifully decorated. Our family and grandchildren had a wonderful time. highly recommend.

Great house, worked well for our large group of friends. Good location although you couldn’t walk anywhere as on a busy road. We enjoyed the hot tub and cinema room! A couple of issues but nothing that ruined the trip: 1 bath wouldn’t drain, a broken heater, broken tumble dryer, no oil, salt or pepper and no clothes dryer. Note that you must contact the property management company with any complaints within 24hrs of check in, although they wouldn’t answer my call and then took a further 24hrs to respond. Would recommend and would return! Thanks very much.

We had a fantastic stay at the Blue House, absolutely loved it. Great location above Watergate and great space in the house for everyone to feel like they had their own space to hang out in.

We left this lovely house today after a week's stay. Our 10 adults & 1 baby had a lovely stay, everything we needed was here and more. There was ample room and things to do, with the cinema room, table tennis and games room. Any issues we had were picked up and sorted at the earliest opportunity with speedy replies. The location is positioned a short drive to many places such as Newquay/Padstow etc. We had a great stay and will hopefully return again in the future. Thanks, Chris & Family
