Another great stay at this property. It has everything that you think you could need and more! It’s so well equipped. Claire has put a lot of thought into everything at the property and the instructions for example for all appliances are so clear and simple. The property is well maintained and cared for. We will definitely be booking again

The house was very light and airy and provided a cosy place from the stormy weather. 2 mins walk to the beach and the landings a cafe/bar. A good base for exploring the rest of Northumberland. You might want to take your own towels for the hot tub as these aren’t provided. Kitchen very well equipped but there was no welcome pack of a pint of milk which are used to with other air b and b’s not a problem if you know up front. Tea and coffee provided. There was a first aid box which was useful. It was advertised as having a full sky package but there wasn’t any films or sports. However, there were plenty of games and some films and a games console. Great for a family holiday.

We stayed at Sand Dancer with two small children and a newborn. It had everything we needed and was specious enough for our active little ones to run around safely. The house was warm and cosy on the cold and windy days, and light and airy on the warm and sunny days. Claire responded super quickly to our questions and was kind enough to let us check out a little later than usual. I would thoroughly recommend this place for families. Thanks Claire!

A wonderful gem of a property in a fabulous location, superb for families. Plenty to do in and around the property - the hot tub was a particular highlight! Highly recommended.

What a beautiful house in a hidden gem of a village. Super close to the beach - which is a gorgeous bay and soft sand. Bar/restaurant (the landing) one minute walk away too. Loved everything about the house and location. Claire is a fabulous host.
