Perfect location, within walking distance to local pubs and shops. The flat was decorated beautifully and it was also dog friendly which was a bonus🐾 will defo be back again

Pay strict attention to the host's cancellation policy!!! While I have given ratings for this listing, I never actually stayed in the flat. I made a booking at this flat on the day I needed it due to a last minute issue I had with another booking. At the time of booking, I acknowledge that I was prompted with the non-refundable cancellation policy. Within the same hour of booking, my circumstances changed and I could no longer stay. Hoping the host might show some leniancy about the situation, I tried to communicate directly with the host to cancel it immediately and negotiate if some sort of refund were possible. While both hosts read the several messages I sent as soon as I sent them, neither replied or made any effort to assist me. I had to use the airbnb support team. While I accept that the cancellation policy exists, I felt that the hosts could have been a lot more gracious/helpful. As a frequent airbnb user, I have never had any issues like this before.

Really enjoyed our stay at John’s apartment. Great location, easy parking and walkable to lots of pubs, grocer, chemist. We enjoyed the traditional music and pints at O’Connors. Highly recommend dinner at Anzac- need a reservation. Apartment was clean, private and had all the basics including tea/ sugar/ oil etc. Bed was cozy and soft with good pillows and linens.
