Absolutely loved this house, beautiful and spacious. Perfect for a group of us. Perfect location for walks and good pubs/shops. Richard was really responsive and helpful, we had an amazing stay. Will be back next year!

Great house and a great host! We didn't know that there is no shampoo and shower gel in the house but Richard sent over some shampoo the next day. Really appreciate it!

Absolutely stunning house, very well kept. Richard was a fine host, quick to respond to questions, and gave loads of great recommendations about the surrounding areas. There was a well detailed folder in the seating space for recommendations, surrounding areas. Lots of natural light in the house. Kitchen supplied well with cutlery and cooking equipment. The surrounding areas are quiet…river Wye is lovely. We visited the nearby town of Hay-on-Wye, reads books and took long walks. I am already hoping to book this place again in the months to come!

We had a really lovely family birthday weekend at Richard's place. It was such a brilliant social space for us all and our little dog. We had a great Wye Valley Walk on the Sunday (right on the doorstep), a lovely meal at the Three Tuns in Hay-on-Wye just a short drive away and a great Sunday lunch at the Griffin (a local pub). Loved the artwork and the modern design of the house and it was so great to feel warm and cosy - the log burner was amazing! Thank you, would really recommend!
