公寓地理位置十分的方便，周围有很多吃的也有超市，属于闹中取静的地方。但是有一点的是，房东在app上放的照片要比实际的要漂亮很多，所以会有心理落差。对于对房间没有太多要求的人，是足够的。

房子就在市中心，离海边也很近，楼下就是各种餐厅，位置真的一百分。 整个loft很宽敞尤其是层高让人觉得入住很舒服，和房东谈好时间可以提前几个小时入住，这点非常好。 窗户隔音好，一关窗外面的喧闹就听不见了也不影响休息，总之非常赞！

Schöne Wohnung für zwei, zentral gelegen, alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Kleines minus, die Matratze könnte etwas breiter sein und eventuell in einem einfachen Holzrahmen eingefasst, da am Boden liegend diese immer wieder verrutscht. Etwas dicker da kein Lattenrost, dann wäre es perfekt! Lift im Haus, alles sauber, im Badezimmer alles vorhanden was nötig ist, guter Wasserdruck und schnell warmes Wasser. Küche, klein aber fein. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Amazing stay! Absolutely loved the apartment. Huge high ceiling, lots of character. Bathroom is clean, power shower! Kitchen clean, everything you need. Spacious living area. Massive tall windows. Bedroom is on a mezzanine. The mattress is not exactly on the floor as previously stated by others, it’s on a raised “built in” wooden surface, so like a bed frame (kind of). It’s comfortable. Balcony has some sun in the morning with great view of old town daily life, above restaurants, bars, shops. Few bars open late down the road, add to the lively buzzy atmosphere. Location is perfect! 2-3 mins to the sea. This was our first time in Nice, best time! Staying at this apartment made it fabulous. Lastly, Thank you Natasha. Excellent host! friendly, helpful, clear instructions, prompt responses. Everything was easy! We’d absolutely stay again! :)
