Recommend NOT staying here, overpriced for what you get, accommodation did not match the photos. Checkin had to happen at a different address, took ages to confirm the booking. Wifi didn't work, TV remote didn't work, no parking onsite.

Stayed here for 3 nights for work. First the positives: the apartment was spacious, very clean, and the kitchen was modern and well equipped. There was an issue with one of the chairs in my apartment and a colleague arrived within half an hour with a replacement - appreciated. It is within walking distance of Surbiton station. There is some free parking at the apartments, and cheap but paid for parking across the road if full. Good wifi and TV apps. The negatives: I personally found checking in at the hotel a bit of a pain, but it was only 5 mins walk away as advertised. The instructions with the booking weren't entirely accurate (specifically regarding parking, and that there was a £100 refundable charge to my card). During two nights of my stay I had random knocks on my door (one at 3am!) which were a bit stressful as solo female traveller, and the main front door to the building was open the whole time. I'd stay here again if in the area, as the apartment was good.

Nice apartments. Very useful for a work space or longer stay. Showers were disappointing. We were moved rooms quickly to help with this. However the shower in that room too was useable but not of great quality. Very good communication during stay.
