We enjoyed everything about this top (3rd) floor condo. It was better than the pictures. Very clean. Great for a family of 4 or two couples, or more if someone sleeps on the couch. The balcony that wraps around 3 sides was great. Very comfortable. The owner was great too. Just be aware that this property is a block away from a lot of restaurants and significant night time activity. This will be a plus for some if you want to party and easily walk back to the condo and a negative if you want peace and quiet. We chose not to use the rocky beach in front of the property as it has wide mix of activity and not that attractive compared to other beaches close by. Again, we were thoroughly pleased with the condo unit itself and the owner.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was comfortable, with very easy and flexible access. It’s very well decorated, and with everything that we needed in our stay. The host, Roula, was very kind to provide coffee, tea, toast, butter and jam for our first breakfast (really convenient, as we arrived very late at night). The neighborhood felt very safe and it’s at walking distance from shops, restaurants, supermarket, all within 5 minutes from the apartment. The beach was also right in front of the apartment, 1 min walk! Roula was very friendly and communicative, and was all the time willing to help us with our stay. Even helping us to organise transportation to and from the airport which was a huge help!! The communication was excellent! We can't wait to book to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Roula's beautiful apartment. Roula could not have been more helpful in answering our queries, organising taxis and generally looking after us very well. The view was gorgeous and the air con very welcome during our hot stay. The location was perfect for both the beach and local restaurants, whilst still feeling both private and quite. We come away with many happy memories and a great experience!

Fabulous property, gouvia small, quaint and lovely friendly people. Unfortunately we had terrible weather but cant have everything. Good weeks holiday, good food and lovely company. Xx thankyou Gouvia
