Nice place to stay, good amenities, air con throughout, great bbq, professionally managed by SunnyBNB. 1 bedroom downstairs with adjacent separate bathroom, and one upstairs with an *internal* ensuite bathroom. The other 'bedroom' upstairs is therefore more of a study (indeed has an office desk and chair). The pool was too cold to swim in at this time of year being completely shaded by mature palms and would benefit from a pool cover (the ocean was warmer). 9 pm noise curfew due to quiet neighbourhood - except for one neighbour whose outdoor party area is directly adjacent to the wall of the main bedrooms. Unfortunately they decided to party loud Friday evening until 1 am and again Saturday evening.

Awesome place. Has everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Great location. Clean and tidy. Pool table was a big hit.
