Overall exactly what we needed. Good size two bedroom apartment they gave us space to hang out a few times. We were taking a break. Pool option was nice to cool down after a long day of walking around in the heat. Location is central to lots of areas and the street car worked out perfectly for what we needed to experience New Orleans. Only feedback I would offer is upgrade the pillows and towels to something a little nicer/softer. Everything else was nice so they should match

Didn’t appreciate the extra costs. Check in before 4 not flexible unless you pay $40 (or more depending on how early). Didn’t appreciate $40/nt to park but that’s more understandable (odd though that it says valet but you park it yourself). Lots of (unnecessary) automated messages. Responsive when I texted to ask for something but the answer was no, you have to pay more, and tone was off putting. Nice place, but small/cheap/uncomfortable bed and bedding and broken bathroom door. Decent value, but was expecting a bit more.

This was an absolutely gorgeous building, packed with amenities and within walking distance to many attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk from a great grocery store. While my code to enter the building did not work upon my arrival, the concierge team responded immediately and remedied the issue. That same responsiveness was seen when the hair dryer broke (replaced same day), and during the check out process. The pool was beautiful with great views, and the building itself was stylish and safe. Highly recommend.

Loved this place for our trip to NOLA! The space was beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and the location was super convenient for getting around. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
