Located in a quaint neighborhood between Shem Creek and Sullivan’s Island. It is conveniently located next to Old Village and about five minutes from Shem Creek, ten minutes from downtown Charleston and twenty minutes from Charleston International Airport and 2 miles from the beach at Sullivan's Island. Decorated in a luxurious modern decor with designer finishes, this newly built 3-story end unit townhouse is ideally suited for up to 8 people. However, it can sleep 2 additional children with a sleeper sofa located in the master bedroom. As you come up from the two-car garage, you enter into the main floor, an open floor plan with 10’ ceilings. Here you will find the open modern kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances and the living room area with a 65" flat screen HDTV. On this first level, you will also find a beautiful dining area and 1/2 bathroom. Up the next set of stairs, you will find the large master suite with 10’ ceilings and ensuite bathroom with a dual shower head walk-in shower, large soaking tub, and dual sinks. The master suite has a king-size bed, luxury linens and towels, a sofa/futon, a desk with a marsh view, and a 55" flat-screen HDTV. This floor also includes the laundry room. Up one more set of stairs, you will find two more bedrooms, each with their own private full bathrooms. The larger front bedroom has two queen beds and the second bedroom has a king bed. The same luxury linens, plush mattresses, and towels are also provided. The two-car garage is easy for parking, packing, and unpacking. An additional spot for a third car is available directly outside of the garage. Why just settle for the beach or downtown? This property is located in the center of all Charleston has to offer. The Beach, Shem Creek, and Historic Downtown are all just minutes away. This was a fantastic stay! There are some places that are walkable, but it’s also a short drive to other spots around Mount Pleasant and downtown Charleston. The house was spotless and felt private despite being on a main road. Highly recommend!
House was so great and beautiful! Easy short drive to the beach and a a quick drive over the bridge into downtown. Would definitely stay here again!
We were supposed to receive a text with the door code by 4:00pm. One of our guests waited with groceries in the hot car for over an hour. We did not receive the code until we called 3 times - almost 2 hours later! We lost a few groceries because of it. When we arrived at the property it was unclear how to get inside. The front door is creepy - you go through the garage and up an unfinished staircase to a plain, dirty white door. Once inside, the smell was overwhelming! It was so musty - smelled like mold or something. We had to keep the windows open to air the place out. The carpets are very stained and they put area rugs over them to try to hide how bad they are. Now the NOISE!!!! OMG…it sits right on the highway so the traffic noise is constant - especially with the windows open. There is an outdoor bar directly across the highway with live music every single night. They do stop by 10:00pm but it is loud! The positive is that it is convenient to Shem Creek.
Located in a quaint neighborhood conveniently located next to Old Village, you can easily bike the 2 miles to Sullivans Island. Less than five minutes from Shem Creek, ten minutes to downtown Charleston and 20 minutes to The Charleston International Airport!
