Trails West Camp is nestled away in the North Platte River Valley in between the Twin Cities - Scottsbluff and Gering, Nebraska. It is close to the base of the Scotts Bluff National Monument. Nearby attractions include hiking Scotts Bluff National Monument and local, historic markings on the Oregon Trail as well as multiple museums and golf courses that can be played year-round. Our Massey Family Cabin provides a chance for you to have some quiet time with your family in your little home away from home at our beautiful camp. The cabin bedroom includes two queen-sized beds and a twin bed. It sleeps 4. Small living room, kitchen and full bathroom are included. Other amenities include satellite TV and wireless internet. Bedding and towels are provided.

Easy to access. Plenty of parking. Host was quick to respond. Beds are a little stiff, but altogether a good location and good experience.
The house was at a beautiful location and although it took us a few extra minutes to navigate and find the campsite, we eventually figured it out and the rest was pretty good! Lacked dish sponges but everything else was there.
The Massey Family Cabin has everything you would need for a delightful stay at the base of Scotts Bluff. The beds are comfortable, the AC is powerful, and the beds are soft. It has a functional well-equipped kitchen. The cabin was clean and it is just a short distance from the beautiful river!

The setting at Trails West is like being out in the country but still in town. Nestled over a mile from the highway, guests can watch the birds fly overhead and hear other native wildlife. Guests can hop onto the Monument Pathway that follows the North Platte River to the local YMCA, where they have a day pass that is included in their reservation.
