There is a boat ramp about a mile to the east of this property and parking for the boats. You can walk to the lake from my property south but you have to cross a cable because that part of the lake is for the birds and wildlife and no motor vehicles allowed. The main entrance to the lake has a boat ramp to the right as you pull in and as you continue another ramp is to the left and parking as well . We have a lighthouse just past the last ramp :) There is a Dry Dock Bait Shot just down the road from my place west if you need supplies. I also have parking on my property to the east for campers and boats so we dont plug up the main road to my neighbors :) Parking only, no hookups . Enjoy this property i rebuilt the last year and this was my mothers house for 40yrs . She comes out to see her outside cats :) And stays at times when family is here. The stairs in this house consists of the two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom down. The main floor has two bedrooms no stairs. To enter the lake with vehicles you must have a park permit sold as you enter the lake to the right as you drive in. You will see my sign in the entrance of my house PINCONE BEACH :) And i will have to the east signs for parking.
