房客评价
Looks better in photos, can not swim in front of the place as it’s dirty due to fish farm pond just behind, no lights working on the second level or on the heart sculpture as shown in the photos, private beach is nice but can not swim as there is too much seaweed, generator was used at night which was noisy, grass was not cut and was high. Overall it was ok, but it needs some maintenance. If you looking for a place where you can also swim then I wouldn’t suggest this place.
Alona was very responsive and flexible with our requests, allowing us to check in earlier in the day. We also got help from Laila who looked after the place and she was very attentive and helpful - helping us with hiring the boat to the Hundred Islands (the boat also picked us up from the house, no need to walk) and also delivered any food or toiletries we need from the shop. The place itself was great. It was spotless and the views of the private beach and the rooftop balcony were amazing. Just note that the place is off the beaten path so you cannot check in late as the beach you need to drive across might be blocked by the sea.
nice surroundings
Alona was very responsive, caretaker were very attentive but the place was not what we expected. No place to swim as it was low tide, the kitchen tools and dining tools were not clean…good we brought our disposables, some of the beddings smells like it has been used. We had to check out early so we can find a new place where kids can swim. We went to Bolinao which is a better deal.

I treat my guest as a Family or friends. So be comfortable and feel at HOME.. On Airbnb, the first ever Airbnbier in Alaminos City and Bolinao. An experienced traveler and as well as tourist. My goal as a host is to bring the best ideas from all the places I've stayed at and apply them to my own Airbnb (but then, as we always say; we cannot pleased everybody). I try to make it efficient and convenient for the travelers far from home and full of information for the tourist.
