I don’t know that words can do justice to this spot and the hosts. The space itself is lovely, clean, well appointed, centrally located, and ideal. We did not spit another place that we felt compared. It’s across the road from the beach and walkable to town but still set off from the hustle and bustle of the town and tourist areas. In addition, Fabien and Shanik were the most gracious, kind, and responsive hosts we’ve had via any vacation rental spot. We had a medical emergency with my son while staying in the DR and Fabien walked us through it all. Advising us on where to go and then taking calls with the doctor to translate for us. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without his and Shanik’s help. When you’re in another country and something goes wrong, it can be quite scary. Knowing someone is there to help is priceless. We could not recommend the space or the hosts more highly.

The apartment is fantastic and is equipped with all amenities you need and more. The apartment is well maintained and very clean. Therefore it is also perfect for families with small children. Fabien is a caring and proactive host and provides you with great recommendations for the area. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back one day.

Dès le départ, la communication a été très facile avec Shanik et Fabien. Ils ont fait preuve d’une grande souplesse pour déplacer nos dates d’arrivée et de départ. Arrivée facile et impeccable. Merci pour la délicate attention: bol de fruits frais, avocat et du café à notre disposition. Sympathiques et chaleureux, ils sont venus nous rencontrer peu après notre arrivée et avant notre départ. Excellents conseils pour agrémenter séjour. Décoré avec goût, l’appartement est propre et très bien équipé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. L’entretien ménager hebdomadaire a facilité notre séjour de longue durée, tout comme la laveuse et le sèche-linge. Très bien situé sur un complexe tranquille et très bien entretenu. Les 2 piscines sont superbes. Excellent resto sur le site. Shanik et Fabien sont des hôtes remarquables. Nous recommandons vivement ces deux hôtes ainsi que leur appartement. Mille mercis Shanik et Fabien pour votre généreuse et chaleureuse hospitalité !
