Place was just like the pictures, the property is nice & has a great restaurant. I had several amenity issues: fridge gets cold but not cold enough & I had to throw out food. Shower head broken & was fixed only to break again. AC in bedroom leaking water. Everything was brought up to owner who replied”I appreciate your comments because that's help us to fix them and give a better stays.” The owner wanted to send in someone to fix & for me to just leave the key so they could come in when I wasn’t there -which I wasn’t comfortable with. Overall it was just a inconvenience being on vacation with so many things that should of been taken care of before anyone renting it out & I was never offered compensation for all the inconveniences or repayment of my food spoiling. The place is nice & I would recommend this place to others-just make sure things are fixed first!
Le logement de Christian était très bien. Le complexe d'appartements/hôtel est très beau, une des deux piscines est à quelques pas de l'appartement. La plage de Punta Popy, située à proximité de l'appartement est très belle. Il y a plusieurs bons restaurants à proximité pour ceux qui ne veulent pas cuisiner. Il y a des supermarchés en ville situés à environ 2,5 km de l'appartement. Les supermarchés offrent le service de livraison pour ceux qui n'ont pas de voiture. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Christian à Las terrenas.

El departamento es tal cual las fotos, muy amplio y cómodo, está Justo en frente de la piscina y como es primer piso queda muy cómodo sobretodo si uno está con niños. Todas las aéreas comunes muy bien mantenidas y súper seguro. Daniel que era el contacto nos respondió todas nuestras dudas y consultas a tiempo y solucionó muy rápido un inconveniente que tuvimo. El condominio tiene la playa en frente y si no está con viento es muy agradable bañarse , sino hay que caminar 3 minutos más y se llega a una parte más tranquila

Amar'e Residences is located on the quiet west side of Las Terrenas Near everything, at walking distance to Playa Punta Popy, is the social and water sports beach hub of Las Terrenas. Peppered with a maze of giant palm trees, its white sand shores offer the perfect wind and wave conditions for kitesurfers, new or experienced. On the western side, calmer waters attract swimmers and paddleboarders.
Walking distance to variety of international restaurants, bars, clubs, and the center of Las Terrenas. Some of the best beaches are at walking distance and so are the best restaurants and bars. While a lot of guests choose to walk along the sandy shores, others prefer to rent a scooter or Quad for a more thrilling experience. They go for about $20-25 USD (for scooters ) and $30-40 USD (quad) for the day.
