My boyfriend rented this cabin for me for my birthday weekend. We had such a lovely time! It was a little tricky getting to the cabin but not a big deal. The scenery was beautiful and the cabin was so cozy and had literally everything we needed. The host even worked with us to get us early check in. Super responsive as well! The hot tub and campfire was so much fun. The upstairs bedroom was super cool too! Only thing that threw me off at first was that there is no curtains but I started to actually love it because of all the light that came in. All in all we will definitely be returning if are ever in North Carolina!

My Husband and brother in law wanted a great stay for Tail of the dragon 🐉 , and found this little gem. 💎 we were able to just have a wonderful spot to relax in and soak! 🛁 I would definitely recommend if you’re thinking of a spot this is it! We will make sure to book again when we come back! Also thank you to the host for your generous hospitality! What a beautiful interior designing as well! See you next time 🏁

When you want to get away from it all, this place is absolutely perfect. The first time you drive up the mountain is a little nerve-wracking, but it gets easier every time, and once you're at the house, you may never want to leave. Exactly as described - clean, beautiful, serene. The hosts were very responsive every time we messaged, though we didn't need anything while we were there. It was stocked with everything you need for cooking, coffee, some toiletries, etc. Perfectly dog friendly - our suburban dog loved exploring the property. We took day trip hikes at Joyce Kilmer Forest, Yellow Creek Falls, Oconaluftee River Trail, Gatlinburg Trail, Wesser Bald Fire Tower, and the Road to Nowhere. All were a reasonable drive away, and it was great knowing we had a safe, quiet, and comfortable place to come home to each night. Oh, and did I mention the hot tub on the deck?!? We (and our kids) made great use of it - a perfect way to wind down after a day of hiking. We'll definitely come back!

My husband and I took my parents to Lauren and Ryan’s cabin for a weekend visit. It was their first time in the Smoky Mountains and the cabin was the perfect launch pad for the trip. The cabin is exactly as advertised. It’s a bit tricky to find the first time, but we luckily got there just before dark. Definitely need a car that can handle driving over rock and steep roads. There are great hikes in the vicinity and it’s not far from Nantahala Outdoor Center or Bryson City. We would definitely come back for another mountain getaway.
