We had a lovely stay in this incredibly charming house. Ideal location and Renne was very responsive and accommodating. A perfect getaway for a long summer weekend!

We had a wonderful stay! Renee was an amazing host- friendly, responsive, and did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The house is in an amazing location- a short walk to the beach and also a short walk to downtown. The house was the perfect place for our family to relax, and was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend :)

Renee’s place was great with really nice touches and convenience features throughout the house. She thought of the little details like towels and soap and TP, etc so we didn’t need to bring our Maryland home with us to the beach. The “welcome wine” was a really nice touch and the availability of beach chairs and beach cart was great. Most important for us, however, was that Renee was great to work with and super responsive. I became ill/hospitalized during our stay which caused us to need a late checkout. Renee was super helpful and accommodating on this point and we feel most indebted for that! Thanks Renee for a great home and terrific service!!

A very nice stay in a great location (walking distance to the beach!) The house was lovely, clean and comfortable. Renee was very communicative and gave us clear instructions to access the house and was very responsive to any questions. The house comfortably fit 5 of us with two full bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed, that also has a pull-out single bed if needed (we didn't need it). Beach chairs and badges were provided to us as advertised and made beach-going very easy (and saved us money!). Thank you, Renee for the lovely stay!

Perfect beach stay! The backyard is amazing for BBQs and picnics outside, with an easy 3.5 blocks to the beach, and 5-10 minute walk to town with great restaurants. It was so nice to have 4 beach badges and chairs included too. Renee was very responsive and had thoughtful touches including upon arrival to welcome us. Wonderful house and location in Bradley Beach, definitely recommend!
