We had a really nice off season trip with our friends and our 3 young kids. They loved the pac man game and the house had everything we needed. There’s mini golf nearby that was a big hit with kids and grown ups.

Jason’s home is cozy, well stocked, and a respite after being out. We enjoyed our home base for daily excursions to the beach and taking naps to escape the heat. Jason responded to our questions and helped us in the middle of our stay; our group of 2 families with little kids (ages 4mo thru 6yrs) and 2 adult siblings had a great time at his place and would consider coming back. A few random notes: Kitchen cookware/tools are stocked better than average. Outdoor shower is great for getting sand off before coming in Upstairs patio is nice, but fully exposed to the sun and the black floor gets hot. Use some footwear or use the patio in the mornings or evenings. Air conditioning has most cooling power from top of house to bottom. If you have someone who doesn’t mind a warmer bedroom, they can sleep in the downstairs bedroom. TV Netflix app is a little slow, maybe your own casting device may respond faster.

Lovely home. Very clean and comfy. The hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. No problems or complaints!

The house was very nice. Not to far from town. The weather was not great when we were there. So I never got to use the golf cart that they have at the house. Every room has a bathroom. I would put tv in every room because of kids. Thank you so much for a great week. We will be back.
