Welcome to the Sculptor’s House which is a distinctive modern hideaway in Cuddington, a beautiful award winning village. Cuddington is a proper small village with a pub, shop, church and hairdressers as well as the Village Picture House in the village hall. It is close to several wedding venues, Nether Winchendon, Notley Abbey and Notley Barn. The nearest station is a 5 minute drive away and connects with London Marylebone (45 mins) and Bicester Village (20 mins) and Oxford (30 mins). The Sculptors cottage is an annex of the neighbouring property, where the host live. You will still have complete privacy albeit sharing the same driveway. The annex is a wholesome cottage with living space across two floors. The beautiful, light and airy ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with a sofa bed. There is a ground floor bathroom with a walk in shower and toilet. A spiral staircase takes you upstairs to the the small dedicated workspace before heading into the ensuite bathroom with a bath and main bedroom. The main bedroom has a lovely views from the Juliette balcony overlooking the stunning Chilterns countryside.
Wonderful host: helping me with things and completely going above-and-beyond. Really made me feel at home and very safe. A beautiful property. I also loved the chickens! Complete with bidet and motorised blinds - full of surprises and a lovely place.
