Great place to stay if you don’t mind not having a bathroom in the cabin.

We stayed in cabin #1 at BV Overlook Camp & Lodging and very much enjoyed all aspects of it! It was very clean, extra linens were provided and the view from our porch was amazing! The main office/hub area was also nice and updated inside and out and seemed to be popular with many patrons. The only cautions that people might care about are they cabins do not have AC and hot water for showers was limited in the evenings. These were not big issues for us because cool showers felt good after hot/physical days and our cabin cooled right down in the evenings by keeping the door/windows open and fans going after the sun set. We will be back in the future!

Wonderful little cabin with a beautiful view of the valley and collegiate peaks! Clean bathrooms and friendly campers!

The place was just ok for the money. It is very pet friendly though! There was only one outlet in the cabin, and if you stay in the summer the fan doesn’t reach the outlet. The light in there was extremely dim, we had to use our phone lights. Wi-Fi is very spotty. Very cold in the winter even with the space heater.
