We really enjoyed our stay at Kalappura homestay. Jose and Tina gave us a warm welcome and were available to give advice and recommendations, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and we really appreciated the lovely garden and outdoor seating area. We enjoyed breakfasts and evening meals there - the home-cooked food was delicious and it was nice to be able to talk to other guests. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Jose arranged for us to do an early morning excursion to the backwaters - firstly in a narrow boat which enabled us to explore the smaller waterways and then aboard his traditional houseboat, where we enjoyed breakfast. This combination was perfect for us. We would thoroughly recommend!

Jose is a great host. His place is very beautiful. beaches and other tousist places are nearby. jose was very helpful in arranging boat trip through canals and lakes. Food at jose place is very delicious. Tina and Ananda were always helpful. I really enjoyed each and every moment of my stay at this place. Definitely will come back.

Had a great stay! Host was really friendly, house had all amenities I needed, and location was close to main sights. Would definitely recommend.
