Good location, right next to Battersea Power Station, lots of transport options. Very quiet, well insulated. Comfortable stay for 2. Couple of things not so good: carpet stained, broken glass in washing machine, lights in living room didn’t work, broken drawer, sofa not very comfortable. Responsive host though and sent more towels and laundry detergent when requested.

It’s a small apartment, fairly dated, the carpet and the sofa have some stains, the vanity faucet is hard to operate. The shades in the living room are also hard to close, which was inconvenient since the apartment is on a low floor and has direct exposure to other units. We only stayed there for one night so it was fine, but I wouldn’t want to extend our stay or choose it for our next trip. Definitely far from a “luxury” experience that they advertise!

Very well located, easy front door access once I realised there were two door fobs on the key ring! Very comfortable and well equipped.

First of all I would like to say how incredibly professional and responsive Londwell has been from the moment I booked the flat until the day we have checked out. Everyone I've spoken to was very friendly and helpful. The location of the flat couldn't have been better, the city center is easily reachable by underground and even rail. Chelsea/Battersea area is beautiful and super safe which was a plus given that I've travelled with my mum and sister. The flat is very modern and has everything one might need. Thank you Londwell for making our stay so pleasant!
