(no tobacco) I provide smoking accessories that are clean and sanitized after each guest and kept safe in a kitchen cabinet out of reach of kids. You'll have breathtaking mountain views of the Grand Mesa from the comfort of our home. The kitchen is a state-of-the-art masterpiece, perfect for those who love to cook and entertain. We also have a wine bar with a wine fridge and electric wine opener for all you wine lovers out there. Our home is kid-friendly and has a pack and play as well as toys for young children. We are dog friendly with a $50 fee per dog and have a backyard with stunning mountain views. Our home is perfect for family and group travel. We are also 420 friendly and our home is cleaned with a O2 deodorizer to get rid of any lingering smells and not irritate our guests. We had trouble with messages coming through the portal. He was great about answering text messages. Responded quickly. Great place to catch up with family in the area. My granddaughter had a blast in the game room. The place is so quiet and the beds were so comfortable. We will be booking this place again when we go back to visit family!

Vince's house was very nice clean and tidy. I had to arrive a little bit early and they were very accommodating. Great place and great location. I will definitely stay there again!

This townhome is well worth the money. We enjoyed the game room most. Although, you do have to keep guests at a reasonable noise level because it is connected to other units. That is kind of difficult with the amazing air hockey table and competitive boys. We also enjoyes the hot tub. The unit was very clean and Vince was responsive to any questions we had. We were very pleased and will definitely book this unit again when we stay in Grand Junction!

Super nice house! Was super easy to find and Vince was very kind in letting us stay a few hours longer than our scheduled checkout. The garage is an awesome hangout area and the hot tub in the back yard is a nice addition as well.
