awesome space, less than 5 minutes from downtown and a short drive from the Colorado monument. bed was super comfy, kitchen is large, view from the deck is amazing, and large garage space. there's a new walking/cycling trail right next to the apartment, too!

The home itself is lovely and exactly as described. The interior was clean, directions were provided, and the host made himself available via text message. The garage opening is a little tight so you’ll need to pull your rear view windows in to pull into the garage door. We appreciate how they provided a garage door opener. There was a big issue with the location. We typically walk every night but felt very unsafe in the area. The 1st night a homeless person set a bin fire to keep warm behind the house. The 2nd night we saw several homeless men walking in front including some who were missing their shirts. But the biggest issue was the park at the corner where drug users met every night. It made us very uncomfortable, we didn’t leave on foot after the sun set, and made sure to open & close the garage doors when they weren’t close by. I’m writing this because families need to know before booking this location. Shame on you for not including this.

Very nice, new and clean. Secure and private. The garage is a great bonus for gear, car etc.

This place was perfect! New, super clean, and had everything we needed and then some. You can tell that a lot of thought and effort went in to making it a nice place to stay. The location is right on the Colorado River bike trail and is also near both downtown and Colorado National Monument. Everything went smoothly. I will definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best vacation rentals my wife and I have ever stayed in. Super clean, excellent layout, and the view of the river is amazing. It is so close and easy to get to all the great restaurants in downtown Grand Junction. I highly recommend it, and will definitely stay here again.
