Todd met us at the property when we arrived to give us a tour & let us know where everything was at. The home was very well stocked, and we loved that it was kid friendly with toys, books movies, ect. The grandkids loved the piano, & our son loved playing the guitar. The adults enjoyed the pool table, while enjoying some adult beverages. We are very pleased with this property & all the thought that went into making it feel like home.

My stay with Todd and Sophorn was quite fantastic. The house was beautiful and very cozy. The space accommodated my whole volleyball team well and we had a blast. Will absolutely look to book again in the future whenever we are out in Grand Junction again.

This house was everything we hoped it would be. Todd is a terrific host and the accommodations are really very very nice. The house is spacious, feels private and remote yet it is close to shopping, restaurants, golf course and monument. The views are so nice and the deck is great. With six bedrooms and five bathrooms this house is perfect for families or groups who need a little extra room. The Perry Family

Todd and Sophorn were excellent hosts. The house was well stocked with everything a traveler may need. The space was excellent for a large gathering. It was also nice to have a bathroom for almost every bedroom. I hope to stay again someday!
