This studio apartment is located in Montovjerna, a central/friendly/quiet part of Dubrovnik that lies 1700 meters from the Old Town (15-20 min. by walk).
On the main street (which is a one-minute walk from/below the apartment) within 3-4 min. walking distance, you have three restaurants, a few fast food restaurants, a mini market, a bakery, a few rent-a-car agencies, a pharmacy, ATMs, etc.
Bus stops (in both directions) are a one-minute walk from the apartment right on the main street.
A beautiful Bellevue Beach and beach below Hotel Libertas are just a 5-6 min. walk from/below the apartment.

The easiest way to move within the city is to walk with everything within a 25-minute walking radius or use public bus transport or Uber service.
Bus stations are located just one minute from/below the apartment, and from there:
-bus no.4 to Old City (approx. 4-5 minutes drive),
-bus no.4 or no.7 to Lapad Bay area (approx. 4-5 minutes drive),
-bus no.7 to the Main port Gruž (where is the Main bus station/airport shuttle bus station - approx. 4-5 minutes drive).
In the summertime best not to use a car during your stay in the city because usually wherever you go, it's very hard to find a parking spot and if you find one you must pay parking fees, also during summer traffic jams are common here.
