Gabriel was very kind and responsive. It was very central to the things in Spokane. Place was neat and clean. Hot tub is a nice touch.

Might be the only honest review here. This is a decently cleaned space for an extremely old home, the basic, modern, Pinterest inspired ikea decor. This is a slapped together Airbnb in a soon to be gentrified neighborhood that someone is hoping to make some bank on. This isn’t a host that cares about your experience at all. Primary concern is the host was aware of a plumbing issue before we checked in which he didn’t fix. The ONLY toilet in the home did not work for the duration of our brief and cut short stay. Host response was slow, invalidating, not helpful or apologetic. I’ll skip the details here but there were three of us stuck for a night because all hotels were booked for a volleyball tournament. Secondly, the home had rat and mouse traps in the living space. Host says it’s preventative but this is something I’d want to know in advance, especially if you are traveling with children. Lastly, some of the home’s smoke detectors were not installed. 10/10 do not recommend
