For starters, I have booked with Roger previously. His homes are usually clean but this time our unit was very disappointing. For starters, there was hair in the sinks and in the bedding comforters and sheets, the floor was dirty as if it was not swept, there was left over trash under the bed, the couch was dirty, and there was a very nasty stain on the floor. We also dealt with a bad ant issue. We were seeing ants all throughout the apartment: on the walls, on the couch, in the kitchen, in the bathroom, and even saw them in the bed. We were traveling out of state and had no where else to go so we decided to stay but we ended up purchasing cleaning supplies and scrubbing the stain, vacuuming the couch, sweeping the floors, wiping down the walls and counters and after sending PROOF of the uncleanliness apartment they ONLY offered to refund the cleaning fee which was $55 while the total for the stay was $454. I will not be staying with Roger again.
